Arshiya Bose is a conservationist, and researcher working in the coffee landscapes of India. As the founder of Black Baza Coffee, she works with over 650 smallholder coffee producers in the Western Ghats to strengthen biodiversity-friendly farming practices. Bose completed her Ph.D. on the political ecology of market-based incentives for biodiversity conservation from the University of Cambridge.
