Vishanth Kumar completed a Master's in Sustainable Development at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, where he then worked as a chef building 15 years of experience within the food industry.
Committed to the Slow Food Movement while residing in England, Vishanth dedicated his education and industry experience to founding Kikui Farms in 2014, nourishing a local off-grid regenerative farm located in Ooty in which he grows organic vegetables, herbs and spices. To this day, Vishanth runs a family-owned, small organic tea estate called Red Hills Estate in Ooty, Tamil Nadu.
