The Chef’s table brunch is an interpretation of an Indian Christmas. In India, Christmas is celebrated with traditional and region-specific dishes. Chef Karan Upmanyu has taken cues from them and built a specially curated menu incorporating the superlative produce of the Nilgiris into each of the dishes for this brunch.
Both the brunch and dinner sessions will showcase curated menus that spotlight local ingredients sourced from the Nilgiris.
