Madhu Chandan is the Founder and CEO of Organic Mandya, a movement that bridges modern entrepreneurship with traditional farming wisdom. An engineer by training and farmer at heart, Madhu began his career in technology working across the world and founding a successful automation company in the USA before returning to India in 2014 to follow his true calling.
Through Organic Mandya, he works to make farming sustainable, ensure fair prices for farmers, and bring chemical-free food to consumers. His efforts have made Organic Mandya a well-known example of how communities can thrive through responsible agriculture.
Madhu also serves on the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and represents Karnataka on the Coconut Development Board of India.
