Sangeetha Shinde Tee is a writer, editor, speaker, and entrepreneur with an extensive international career in media and publishing. Formerly Principal Correspondent with The Times of India and Contributing Editor at Living Well magazine (Middle East), she founded and led several acclaimed publications, including The Business Innovator (Europe), I-MAG, Jordan’s national tourism magazine, and Inside43, the acclaimed Nilgiris’ district magazine launched in 2023.
She is the author of five books — Amman: Story, A Moral Murder and Other Tales from the Blue Hills, The Book of Anglo-Indian Tales, and The Naked Indian Woman — all praised by The Hindu, BBC, Femina, and Kirkus Reviews. Her work A Moral Murder was adapted for theatre in 2024. An award-winning speaker, she has addressed audiences at Amnesty International, the European Parliament, and literary festivals worldwide. She received the Most Inspirational Woman of the Year (South India) award in 2019 and was longlisted by the American Women’s Book Association in 2025 for her latest book, The Unseen Goddess, which addresses the plight of urban slum women in India.
Currently Managing Director of Incubation Worldwide UK, she is under contract with Magna Villa Publishing publisher for two new titles. Beyond writing, she is a devoted animal rescuer, having saved 59 animals to date.
